'RAJRAKTO'......, based on Rabindranath Tagore's ‘Bisarjan’,'Sacrifce' and 'Rajarshi'. The background of this great lay gives an opportunity to the Director to explore the nature of terrorist activities in the modern world. Terrorism today is a universal problem. Religious superstition goes hand in hand with terrorism. Its roots have gone deep in to the social fabric of our motherland too. The conflict of the orthodox Karmavir Raghupati with Govindamanikya is the central theme of the play. The conflict ends with bloodshed. A new realization dawns with the self-sacrifice of Jaysinha. This realization leads to a concept of disarmament, love and a passion for new life.
